Delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days in international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order).

Note that on Sundays and public holidays no notification is made.

Have you ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common mission, provided that we have not taken any other agreement with you.

The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the delivery of the goods and the possibilities of taking off. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

The minimum order value is: €50,00.

Further details for payment

Payment by invoice is possible from the second order onwards.

The invoice amount is to be settled in the case of payment on account within 14 days.

If you are paying by SEPA basic lading or by SEPA company lien, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive an advance notice (pre-notification) at least 5 days before the date of the load receipt. Please note that you are obligated to ensure sufficient coverage of the account on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged with the dispatch of the goods.
