Functional 2 in 1 distributor and tamper tool for the Barista at home or in the catering trade. With the distributor side you distribute the ground material in the sieve directly after grinding. This intermediate step raises the espresso preparation to a new level, because with a perfect distribution of the ground coffee, the hot water passes through the coffee puck very evenly.

The working depth of the distributor as well as the tamper can each be adjusted independently of each other infinitely variable from approx. 4 13 mm.

The setting of the correct depth at the distributor is found when after 3 quick turns you have just about evenly distributed the coffee grounds to the edge, but the negative shape of the wings is not yet visible on the surface of the coffee puck. Start with the smallest working depth.

You set the correct working depth of the tamper by turning the smooth stamp far out and then compressing the coffee puck as straight as possible with the desired contact pressure. Hold the tamper part in the sieve and then screw down the counter ring so far that it rests on the sieve all around, but only so far that the stamp does not lift off the coffee puck. Secure the height against adjustment. Done! For the next roping, simply press until the ring automatically rests straight all around. In this way you always achieve the same pressure with the same amount of ground coffee and the coffee puck is absolutely straight. The result is then always reproducible, which means that you can prepare a perfect espresso again and again if the setting is correct.
