Our scarlet espresso “Barista Cono L 58 mm” Filling funnels for sieve carriers are made of stainless V2A-stainless steel, precision-machined by CNC and dishwasher-safe. A utensil for eternity.

With the help of our funnel. the complete coffee grounds into the sieve and not on the worktop, the edge of the sieve or the handle. During the grinding process, the coffee grounds accumulate in the opening of the hopper and can be tamped directly into the lower recess for the Puck with a suitable 58 mm tamper (also available from scarlet espresso). After removing the funnel, you can see that the coffee puck has been perfectly prepared and the rest of the strainer has remained clean.

This is how, by guiding the tamper in the hopper absolutely straight coffee puck!

For the optimal model selection please proceed as follows:

– Insert sieve support with inserted sieve into the mill

– Measure the distance between the upper edge of the sieve and the ground coffee ejection of the grinder

– Choose a variant of our precision hopper that is as high as possible, but still leaves a little air for comfortable handling
