Delivery times As far as no other period is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. A good coffee bean alone does not make a good espresso.
There are many stumbling blocks lurking in the preparation chain that can have a negative impact on quality.
Tamper is the most important tool in the preparation of espresso. Due to the infinitely adjustable working depth of the stamping plate with our scarlet espresso Tamper “Grande Flat” the result is reproducible and consistent – assuming the same amount of ground coffee. The coffee puck is perfectly straight and always with the same contact pressure due to the height-adjustable support surface on the sieve. Child’s play, no matter who makes the espresso. The rings concentrically engraved in the stamp plate geometrically enlarge the surface of the ground powder through the 3D effect, so that the coffee puck is better soaked through and can absorb the water more evenly.
Attitude: Before using the stamp for the first time, loosen the lock of the aluminium halves and screw the stamp plate out far. Dampen the ground coffee in the sieve as straight as possible with about 15 kg contact pressure. Now carefully turn the lower ring down until it rests on the sieve all around. Now turn down the upper aluminium half and secure the set working depth.

After grinding, the tamper compresses the coffee powder perfectly in the sieve, increases the 3D contact surface for the penetrating water through the concentric grooves and thus allows optimal extraction.
