You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is one month and begins on the day

on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or quantities.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will collect goods that cannot be sent by parcel from you.

You must return or hand over the goods that can be sent by parcel to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel. We will cover the costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling by you which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

Grounds for exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right does not apply to contracts

for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or provision by the consumer is authoritative or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed quickly;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;

for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;

for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Supplementary provisions regarding the start of the cancellation period:
