Our scarlet espresso “Barista Cono LM1 41 mm” Filling funnels are made of stainless steel V2A precision-machined by CNC machine and are especially suitable for the La Marzocco 1-sieve.

With the help of our funnel. the complete coffee grounds into the sieve and not on the worktop, the edge of the sieve or the handle. In addition, the ground coffee falls directly into the 41 mm wide recess of the La Marzocco 1 strainer and does not have to be manually placed in the middle with the tamper. During the grinding process, the coffee grounds accumulate in the opening of the hopper and can be tamped directly into the lower recess for the Puck with a suitable 41 mm tamper (also available from scarlet espresso). After removing the funnel, you can see that there is ground coffee only in the depression, the 41 mm coffee puck has been perfectly prepared and the rest of the strainer has remained clean.

This is how, by guiding the tamper in the hopper absolutely straight coffee puck!
