Causes of snoring: Snoring (ronchopathy) always occurs when the anatomical structures in the respiratory tract (soft palate etc.) are set in vibration by the air flowing past.

Narrowed nasal passages can cause snoring. Instead of breathing through the nose while asleep, the air flows through the mouth more strongly, which in turn promotes throat snoring.

This not only reduces your personal sleep quality, but often also that of your own partner. The nasal dilators will help you to widen the lower part of the nasal passages in a comfortable and discreet way so that enough air can flow through the nose again.

Instructions for use: Before going to bed, carefully insert the nose dilators with the tapered side of the silicone tubes into both nostrils in such a way that, except for the silicone connecting bridge, hardly anything is visible.

Your nose may appear a little thicker visually – this is completely normal. The nasal dilators should still be comfortable and convenient to wear. After sleeping, remove them from the nose and clean them under running water, if necessary with a little soap for the next use, as the dilators are reusable.
