Delivery times As far as no other period is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered. If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged. |

Correct tampering is a basic requirement when preparing espresso.
The more thoroughly you prepare the coffee puck, the better the espresso will succeed. With a perfect coffee puck, the hot water passes through every point in the sieve, because the water meets the same resistance everywhere and thus the extraction succeeds evenly from the entire coffee grounds.
The groove in the base makes it easier to check that the Puck is straight when tamped – for perfect espresso results.
With our tamper, which lies very well in the hand and fingers, this is done quickly and cleanly.
The ergonomically formed precious wood handle fits perfectly to the precision-made tamperbase made of solid brass and supports the very good handling. An applied tarnish protection of the tamper base – e.g. painting or coating – would not withstand permanently due to the high mechanical load. Therefore the tamperbase is deliberately manufactured in its natural state. This may darken over time. If desired, unscrew the handle and lightly polish the base with a little toothpaste and a soft cotton cloth. The delivery status is restored in no time. This process can be repeated as often as required. Please do not put the tamper base in the dishwasher, as the aggressive cleaners attack many metals such as brass, aluminium, tin etc.
