The ultra-flat stainless steel tamperbase is precision-machined on CNC machines. The ergonomically shaped handle made of black anodised aluminium is pleasant to the touch and allows the correct pressure to be transferred to the coffee puck when roping. The tamper base is suitable for dishwasher cleaning, the handle can be unscrewed for cleaning purposes.
The right rope is a basic requirement for perfect espresso preparation. The taste of the espresso is significantly influenced by this. During the covering process, oils, fats, flavours and aromas are extracted from the ground material in the sieve carrier. The tamper enjoys an often underestimated and extremely important function here and is responsible for the perfect compression of the coffee grounds in the sieve. The more thoroughly you prepare the coffee puck, the better the espresso will succeed.
