Causes of snoring: Snoring (rhonchopathy) always occurs when the anatomical structures in the airway (soft palate, etc.) are set into vibration by the passing air.
Narrowed nasal passages can cause snoring. Instead of breathing through the nose during sleep, air flows more through the mouth, which in turn promotes snoring in the throat.
This not only reduces your personal sleep quality, but often also that of your partner. Nasal dilators will help you comfortably and discreetly widen the lower nasal passages, allowing sufficient airflow through your nose again.
Application Notes: Before going to bed, carefully insert the nasal dilators with the tapered side of the silicone tubes into each nostril so that barely anything is visible except for the silicone connecting bridge.
Your nose may appear a little thicker—this is completely normal. The nasal dilators should still be comfortable and easy to wear. After sleeping, remove them from your nose and clean them under running water, using a little soap if necessary, for the next use, as the dilators are reusable.
